The working principle of bevel gears is based on the intermeshing of gears and the transmission of motion. When a pair of bevel gear teeth mesh and transmit power, it is similar to the transmission of two half-conical friction wheels. However, friction wheel transmission has a sliding phenomenon, while bevel gears transmit power to the teeth on another shaft through the force of the teeth, achieving the transfer of rotational force.
