Product Description
| Description | Tapered roller bearings feature high load-carrying capacity and high operating speeds. They are typically equipped with pressed steel window-type cages, which facilitate effective lubrication. As separable bearings, both the inner and outer rings have tapered raceways. The inner ring, together with a set of tapered rollers, is assembled into an inner ring unit by a cage, while the outer ring can be separated from the inner assembly. The outer ring and inner assembly are interchangeable. These bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e., simultaneously acting radial and axial loads, and offer high load capacity and high operating speeds. The pressed steel window-type cage design further enhances lubrication performance. The extension lines of the raceways intersect at a common point on the bearing axis, enabling true rolling motion and resulting in low friction torque during operation. The axial load-carrying capacity of tapered roller bearings increases with the contact angle. The contact angle is related to the bearing design factor—the larger the value, the greater the contact angle. |

How is the after-sales service?

What are your payment terms and trade conditions?
We usually appreciate a T/T 30% deposit, and then 70% balance to be paid before shipment. We typically offer FOB Ningbo prices. However, we also accept other methods, such as letters of credit, Western Union, and we can do CFR and CIF, etc.
